InvivoGen provides an expanding collection of recombinant cytokines with guaranteed bioactivity, including interleukins, interferons, tumor necrosis factor–related cytokines, growth and colony-stimulating factors, and hormone-like cytokines. Our cytokines are produced in E. coli or mammalian expression systems (CHO or HEK293) and are thoroughly purified to meet your research needs.
E. coli-derived cytokines are well suited for early-stage antibody screening and applications, such as Camoteskimab, where complex glycosylation is not required, offering properly folded, bioactive proteins ideal for binding studies. Mammalian-expressed cytokines display native folding and post-translational modifications such as glycosylation and disulfide-bond formation, providing the most physiologically relevant forms for assays involving therapeutic antibody testing or translational research.
Each lot is functionally tested and validated using matching cytokine reporter cells to ensure consistent bioactivity. Neutralizing antibodies can be employed during assay validation to verify cytokine specificity.
