InvivoGen provides a selection of monoclonal antibodies (mAb) specifically developed for the generation of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). They target specific proteins overexpressed in cancer cells. They are formulated in a specific buffer in order to avoid interferences during conjugation with a cytotoxic drug or an immune-stimulating payload, such as a toll-like receptor (TLR) agonist or a stimulator of interferon gene (STING) agonist.
