Cytokine gene expression vectors

Cytokine gene expression vectors

Our expanding library of cytokine expression plasmids consists of pUNO1-based vectors designed for high-level cytokine expression in mammalian cells. These plasmids encode key immune mediators such as interleukins, interferons, growth factors, and tumor necrosis factors, enabling in-depth studies of cytokine signaling and immune regulation (see table for some examples).

Each construct is sequence-verified and features a strong constitutive promoter. Unique flanking restriction sites allow easy excision or subcloning of the gene of interest into other vectors, providing exceptional flexibility for downstream applications (see figure). They also include selectable markers compatible with InvivoGen’s selective antibiotics, allowing the straightforward generation and maintenance of cytokine-expressing cell lines, with various additional constructs available in our complete gene collection.
