CLR and Related Genes

This gene family features genes encoding C-type lectin receptors (CLRs) genes, a large family of receptors that bind to carbohydrates in a calcium-dependent manner. These receptors have been shown to be involved in fungal recognition and the modulation of the innate immune response.

These genes are provided as native in the pUNO1 plasmid.
