InvivoGen provides recombinant monoclonal antibodies of biologically relevant targets
Monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) have become a major tool in autoimmunity and cancer research. They function through various mechanisms with the ultimate effect of priming either the innate or adaptive arm of the immune system. InvivoGen offers a growing collection of mAbs directed against a broad range of human, murine, or rat protein targets.
These targets include:
- Cytokines
- Immune checkpoints
- PRRs (Pattern recognition receptors)
- Important surface and intracellular markers
- Mouse anti-mouse monoclonal antibodies (for in vivo studies)
- Corresponding control antibodies
All our antibodies are either produced in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells by recombinant technology or hybridoma-derived. Each lot is free of bacterial contaminations and tested for functionality to ensure strong and reproducible results.
Our portfolio comprises well-known clinically relevant antibodies for biosimilar studies as well as a library of corresponding isotype control antibodies. We also provide an expanding collection of InvivoFit™ recombinant mouse or murinized anti-mouse antibodies. They are designed to show a minimum of xenogeneic sequences and undergo sterility and functional tests to be specifically suited for in vivo studies.
Our high-quality antibodies are reliable tools for various applications:
- Neutralization and inhibition assays
- Detection (immunoprecipitation, ELISA, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry)
- Depletion assays (ADCC, ADCP, CDC)
- In vivo studies
