TLR Cell Lines

InvivoGen provides a comprehensive set of TLR reporter and TLR expressing cells. These cells enable efficient monitoring of TLR activity using ELISA analysis or NF-κB/AP-1-inducible SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase) reporter systems.

TLR reporter cells

HEK-Blue™ TLR cells are engineered HEK293 cells that stably co-express a human or murine TLR gene and an NF-κB/AP-1-inducible SEAP reporter gene.
HEK-Dual™ TLR cells are engineered HEK293 cells that stably co-express a TLR gene, an NF-κB/AP1-inducible SEAP reporter gene, and the Lucia Luciferase reporter gene placed under the control of the endogenous IL-8 promoter.
THP1-XBlue™ cells comprise three different cell lines that derive from the human monocytic THP-1 cell line by transfection of an NF-κB/AP-1-inducible SEAP reporter system.
RAW-Blue™ cells derive from the mouse RAW 264.7 macrophages by chromosomal integration of an NF-κB/AP-1-inducible SEAP reporter gene.
Ramos-Blue™ cells are human B lymphocytes that stably express an NF-κB/AP-1-inducible SEAP reporter gene.
C3H MEF-Blue™ cells include C3H/TLR4mut MEFs and C3H/WT MEFs that were isolated from C3H/HeJ (TLR4-deficient) and C3H/HeN (wild-type) mouse embryos, respectively. They stably express an NF-κB/AP-1-inducible SEAP reporter gene.

TLR expressing cells

293/TLR cells are HEK293, human embryonic kidney cells, that stably express a human or murine TLR gene.
293/hTLR-HA cells are HEK293 cells that constitutively express a human HA-tagged gene.
