HEK Cytokine Reporter Cells
InvivoGen’s cytokine reporter cells comprise an expanding family of engineered cell lines designed to provide a simple, rapid, and reliable method to monitor the activation of signaling pathways induced by key cytokines. Cytokine reporter cells enable the detection of these biologically active cytokines and can also be used to screen for compounds exhibiting agonist and antagonist activities.
This collection of cytokine reporter cells is derived from the human embryonic kidney (HEK) 293 cell line. They express an inducible secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) reporter that can be quantitatively detected using QUANTI-Blue™ or a secreted luciferase (Lucia) that can be readily measured using QUANTI-Luc™ 4 Lucia/Gaussia.
