ABOUT
NF-κB-SEAP parental cell line
HEK-Blue™ Null2 cells are derived from the human embryonic kidney 293 (HEK293) cell line through the stable integration of the inducible reporter gene for SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase).
As a result, these cells allow the study of the NF-κB pathway by assessing the activity of SEAP in the cell culture supernatant. For your convenience, InvivoGen offers HEK-Blue™ Detection, a cell culture medium for real-time SEAP detection, or QUANTI-Blue™ Solution, a liquid SEAP detection reagent.
