Expression-ready ORF Clones
Dominant negative (DN) forms of TLR signaling genes were created by inserting a mutation within the gene and/or deleting a region of the gene. These modifications have been described elsewhere and shown to block the wildtype form of these genes.

Lyophilized DNA should be stored at -20°C. Upon receipt, store blasticidin at 4°C or -20°C.
Resuspended DNA should be stored at -20°C and is stable for up to 1 year.
