pNiFty2
pNiFty2 - ELAM promoter - NF-κB (5x), or ISG-56K or IFN promoter - ZeocinR
pNiFty2 plasmids are composed of either an ELAM proximal promoter, five NF-κB repeated transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) and a reporter gene : SEAP (Secreted alkaline phosphatase) or Luc (Luciferase), or an ISG-56K or mouse interferon promoter and a SEAP (Secreted alkaline phosphatase) reporter gene.
pNiFty2 plasmids are selectable with Zeocin™ in both E. coli and mammalian cells, and can be used to generate stable clones.
