Inflammasome Inhibitors

The inflammasome is a multiprotein complex that induces the activation of caspase-1 and the subsequent maturation of interleukin-1β. InvivoGen offers some inhibitors to confirm the ability of a given molecule to activate the inflammasome or to test the importance of phagocytosis or potassium efflux in this process.

All inflammasome inhibitors provided by InvivoGen have been endotoxin-tested and validated using the IL-1β sensor cell line.
