TLR Ligands

Pathogen-Associated Molecular Patterns (PAMPs)

Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are pattern recognition receptors that recognize various microbial and viral molecules known as pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs).

InvivoGen offers a comprehensive choice of high quality PAMPs known to activate or inhibit TLRs. These TLR ligands are biologically validated using Blue™ Reporter Cells, and their endotoxin and TLR2 contaminant levels are determined using functional assays or the LAL assay.
