Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are pattern recognition receptors that recognize a wide variety of microbial molecules, called pathogen-associated molecular patterns (PAMPs).

InvivoGen offers a comprehensive choice of high quality PAMPs known to activate or inhibit the TLRs. The functionality of these TLR ligands are validated using Blue™ Reporter Cells. The endotoxin levels are determined using a kinetic chromogenic LAL assay.
