TLR9 Ligands

Toll-like receptor 9 (TLR9) recognizes specific unmethylated CpG oligonucleotide (ODN) sequences that distinguish microbial DNA from mammalian DNA. Three types of stimulatory ODNs have been described: type A, B and C.

InvivoGen provides a comprehensive collection of stimulatory or inhibitory CpG ODNs, their control ODNs, and labeled CpG ODNs. HEK-Blue™ TLR9 Cells are used to validate the functionality of these ligands. ODN 1826 VacciGrade™ and ODN 2006 VacciGrade™ (preclinical grade: sterile and endotoxin level <1 EU/mg) for use as a vaccine adjuvant are also available.
