HA-tagged coding sequence in expression plasmid

Interferon-beta promoter stimulator 1
Mitochondrial antiviral signaling protein
CARD adaptor inducing IFN-beta
Virus-induced signaling adaptor

The gene has been fused at the 3'end to the influenza hemaglutinine (HA) tag. This short sequence (YPYDVPDYA) encodes a peptide which is the epitope of a very efficient and specific monoclonal antibody. The use of HA-tagged genes provides a simple and convenient method to detect the expression of the genes by Western blot.

This gene is available in pUNO1-HA expression plasmid selectable with Blasticidin.
