pNiFty3 - IFN-β promoter - combinaison of NF-κB, AP-1, NFAT, ISRE - ZeocinR

pNiFty3 plasmids are composed of an IFN-β proximal  promoter, various transcription factor binding sites (TFBS)  and a SEAP (secreted alkaline phosphatase) or secreted luciferase (Lucia) reporter gene.

pNiFty3 plasmids are selectable with Zeocin™ in both E. coli and mammalian cells, and can be used to generate stable clones.
