TLR-Related shRNAs
TLR-related shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence, through RNAi, genes encoding proteins involved in TLR signaling pathways. These genes include MyD88, TRIF and TRAF6.
TLR-related shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SK GFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
