Engineered reporter cell lines to assess Toll-like receptor (TLR) signaling

InvivoGen provides a comprehensive set of human and mouse cell lines to monitor TLR activity using inducible SEAP (secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase) and/or Lucia Luciferase reporter systems.

Three families of TLR cell lines are available:

Endogenous TLR expression

Cell lines that feature endogenous TLR gene expression in the mouse RAW-264.7 macrophage or human THP-1 monocyte background.

TLR overexpression (OE)

Cell lines that have been transfected to stably express a human or murine TLR gene in the human HEK293 embryonic kidney carcinoma or human THP-1 monocyte background.

TLR knockout (KO)

Cell lines that have been knocked out for the expression of a human or murine TLR gene in the human THP-1 monocyte or mouse RAW-264.7 macrophage background.
