TLR & TLR Related Genes

generic pUNO plasmid map

Toll-Like Receptors interact with co-receptor molecules to  recognize specific molecular patterns associated with microbial pathogens.
Upon recognition, they induce distinct cellular responses that involve different adaptor proteins which in turn will activate a cascade of signaling genes leading to the production of proinflammatory cytokines.

InvivoGen offers a large selection of human and mouse genes involved in the TLR pathways.

TLR and TLR-related genes are provided either native, cloned from the ATG to the Stop codon, or modified by addition of a tag and/or deletion to generate dominant negative variants.

Native Genes

Toll-like receptor genes
TLR co-receptor genes
TLR adaptor genes
TLR regulator genes
Signaling genes
Signaling inhibitors
Transcription factors
RLR genes
NLR genes
CLR, PGRP & Related genes

Native TLR and TLR-related genes are provided in the pUNO plasmid that can be amplified in E.coli and stably transfected in mammalian cells using blasticidin.

Modified Genes

HA-tagged genes
HA-tagged genes are provided in the pUNO-HA plasmid, selectable with blasticidin.
Dominant negative (DN) variants
Dominant negative variants are provided in either in the pZERO-TLR or pDeNy plasmids selectable with puromycin or Zeocin™ respectively.
HA-tagged DN genes
HA-tagged dominant negative genes are provided in the pZERO-TLR-HA plasmid selectable with puromycin.
TLR-GFP fusion genes
TLR-GFP fusion genes are provided in the pUNO-TLR-GFP plasmid selectable with blasticidin.
