Design hairpin insert

This tool generates the sequence of two complementary oligonucleotides necessary to create the hairpin insert for psiRNA cloning vectors.

Instructions

1. Enter the siRNA hairpin name for reference (optional)
2. Enter the sense siRNA target sequence. (Spaces in the sequence will be ignored)
3. Enter the desired loop sequence. (The default sequence is the one used by InvivoGen for psiRNA vectors).
4. Select your psiRNA cloning vector.
Our vectors offer two cloning options : Bbs I / Bbs I and Acc 65I / Hind III.
