Signaling effectors shRNAs
Signaling effectors shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence through RNAi genes encoding proteins involved in signaling.
Signaling effectors shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SK GFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
