Reporter shRNAs
Reporter shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence, through RNAi, a variety of reporter genes such as EGFP and LacZ.
Reporter shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SK GFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
