Remodeling shRNAs
Chromatin-remodeling (CR) shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence through RNAi genes encoding proteins involved in chromatin-remodeling such as DNMTs, HDAs, MBDs and MeCPs.
Chromatin-remodeling shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SK GFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
