NLR shRNAs

NLR shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence, through RNAi, various NLR (NOD-Like Receptor) and NLR-related genes.

NLR shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SKGFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
