NF-κB & MAPK Activation Inhibitors

InvivoGen provides a choice of inhibitors of the nuclear transcription factor NF-κB (nuclear factor kappa-light-chain-enhancer of activated B cells) and of the MAPKs (mitogen-activated protein kinases).
NF-κB and MAPK pathways regulate the expression of many genes involved in a variety of processes including inflammation, apoptosis, tumorigenesis, and auto-immune diseases. Several of the PRR (pattern recognition receptors) signaling cascades culminate in the activation of NF-κB transcription factor and /or MAPK. The inhibitors can be used to dissect these signaling pathways.
