The neutralizing activity of these IgA antibodies was determined using InvivoGen’s HEK-Blue™ Cytokine Cells or HEK-Blue™ TLR Cells.
Most of InvivoGen’s monoclonal IgA antibodies can also be used for flow cytometry.

MAb-TLR IgA Antibodies
MAb-TLR IgA antibodies are recombinant monoclonal IgA2 antibodies against TLRs. They have been developed by InvivoGen using proprietary techniques.
They have been selected for their ability to efficiently block the biological activity of these TLRs. They can also be used for flow cytometry (FC).
