Engineered Fc pFUSE-Fc Vectors

Engineered Fc Region

Engineered pFUSE-Fc express mutant forms of the constant Fc regions of the human or murine IgG. They contain a multiple cloning site (MCS) upstream of these regions to enable the cloning of a gene of interest. Engineered Fc alow the production of IgG with modified effector function.
