Disease-related shRNAs
Disease-related shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence through RNAi genes encoding proteins involved in human diseases such as cancer and vascular diseases.
Disease-related shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SK GFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
