CLR shRNAs
These shRNAs are short hairpin RNAs that target and efficiently silence, through RNAi, various genes encoding receptors involved in pathogen recognition.
CLR (C-type lectin receptors) shRNAs are produced by the psiRNA-h7SK GFPzeo plasmid from the human 7SK RNA pol III promoter. These Ready-made psiRNA plasmids feature a GFP::Zeo fusion gene that allows simple monitoring of transfection efficiency and selection in both E. coli and mammalian cells.
