CDS Reporter Cells

CDS (cytosolic DNA sensors) ligands trigger the production of type I IFNs and the induction of interferon stimulated genes (ISG) through interferon regulatory factors (IRFs).

In order to facilitate their study, InvivoGen has developed several stable reporter cells. These cell lines express one or two secreted reporter genes, secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) and/or Lucia luciferase, under the control of an inducible promoter.
