Cytokine Signaling
InvivoGen offers a large selection of human and mouse cytokine genes and related genes such as receptor genes, signaling genes and suppressor genes. The entire coding open reading frames (ORFs) of these genes are provided in an expression plasmid and are fully sequenced.
Cytokine & Related shRNAs is a family of Ready-made psiRNA plasmids. They encode short hairpin RNAs (shRNAs) that target and efficiently silence genes involved in cytokine signaling.
InvivoGen provides a selection of cytokines produced by recombinant DNA technology. They are fully proficient in inducing their cognate signaling pathway in susceptible cell lines, such as the HEK-Blue™ cells.
InvivoGen offers the HEK-Blue™ Cells, a new family of engineered cell lines designed to provide a simple, rapid and reliable method to monitor the activation of signaling pathways induced by key cytokines. They allow quantification of these cytokines with similar sensitivity to an ELISA test and can also be used to screen for compounds exhibiting agonist and antagonist activities.
HEK-Blue™ Cytokine Kits contain the cytokine reporter cell together with its appropriate controls, the recombinant human cytokine(s) and neutralizing IgA antibody(ies).
InvivoGen provides neutralizing IgA antibodies that are chimeric monoclonal antibodies in which the constant domains of the human IgA molecule were combined with murine variable regions.
InvivoGen provides three IFN-related promoters that are highly inducible as models to study type I IFNs production and signaling. These promoters, cloned into pNiFty2, drive the expression of the secreted embryonic alkaline phosphatase (SEAP) gene.
