Silence All Your Genes of Interest with the Same siRNA

Most of InvivoGen’s plasmids carry the late SV40 polyadenylation signal (polyA). A siRNA has been designed against this polyA and cloned into psiRNAh7SK GFPzeo.

This unique Ready-made psiRNA has been verified experimentally to reduce the expression by >70% of a variety of genes cloned upstream of this polyA. Thus with a single psiRNA you will be able to silence an array of genes cloned in one of InvivoGen’s plasmids.
